Leith Hill Musical Festival Quiz Night

Epsom Choral Society is delighted to be hosting this event in 2009 and looks forward to entertaining your team(s),

On SATURDAY 16TH MAY 2009 at St Martin’s Church House, Church Street, Epsom, at 8.00 pm (directions available on request)

Supper will be Fish & Chips, with an alternative for non-fish eaters. It will be most helpful if you can give names of those choosing alternatives on the form below. Please bring your own drinks, glasses, and cutlery.

Each Full Team will be 8 people /per table. If there are extra guests who would not mind sharing a table with a similar group, please include them – the more we have the greater the profit for the Festival.

The cost per table is £80.00 (£10 per head) Please download and complete the Booking Form and return to Hamish Young at the address given on the form together with Cheque immediately.
