Fauré Requiem at St Martin in the Fields,
London, October 2006
This was a very special occasion, arranged by kind invitation of our oft-used professional orchestral colleages, the Brandenburg Sinfonia. We received a standing ovation from the large Central London audience and, in sheer musical terms, this must rank as one of our best performances ever

A Carol Service at Chichester Cathedral to raise funds for Marie Curie Cancer Care.
Our Chairman contributes a few words, being in the congregation on this occasion:
I was thrilled to hear our choir for the first time since before I joined, and what a delight it was! The disciplined and sensitive singing was remarkable. I thought the whole service had a light and moving touch, where readings and music combined to allow pause for thought on a worthy cause at this special time of year. I spoke to the Dean of Chichester afterwards and many others, all of whom loved our contribution. I'm very pleased that we have already been invited by Marie Curie Cancer Care to do a repeat next year.
